Sean Marsh joined the firm in 2024 as a law clerk. During his time with the firm, Mr. Marsh has assisted with estate planning, corporate, tax, and commercial litigation matters.  For clients in their personal capacity, Sean has assisted in the drafting of trusts and wills, tax planning, and handling IRS tax controversies. For corporate clients, Mr. Marsh has assisted with compliance and disclosure, business tax planning, and contributed to commercial litigation through the drafting of complaints, motions, and replies. 

Mr. Marsh is a Florida native and is a member Florida State University’s College of Law class 2025 and University of North Florida’s class 2021. During his time in Florida he lived, worked, and went to school throughout the state, from South Florida, North East Florida, and the Florida Panhandle. After graduation from law school Mr. Marsh sat for the New York Bar Exam and relocated from Florida to New York to join the firm full-time. Mr. Marsh takes his experience from Florida and blends it with his work in New York. At the same time Mr. Marsh wants to keep his Florida roots strong by opening up meaningful New York-Florida relationships. Upon passing the New York Bar Exam, Mr. Marsh plans to sit for the Florida Bar Exam. 

Mr. Marsh believes his mix of Florida and New York law gives him a unique perspective on legal problems. He also believes that it allows him to provide clients with the most beneficial estate planning, tax planning, and corporate planning matters.
