In 2020, Sarah O’Sullivan graduated from the University of Limerick, Ireland with a bachelor’s degree in law (LLB). In 2021, Sarah successfully completed the FE-1 examinations, making her eligible for entry into Blackhall Place and subsequent qualification as a solicitor in Ireland.
In June 2021, Sarah joined Brinen & Associates LLC. She provides legal support for the litigation team and provides support and counsels corporate clients. Sarah is a Junior Associate with experience in Corporate Litigation, Corporate Structuring, Mergers and Acquisitions, Estate Planning and Tax Controversies.
During her time in Brinen & Associates, Sarah has assisted two commercial litigation trials and has participated in several arbitration and mediation settlement conferences.
She recently sat the July 2023 New York State Bar exam and is awaiting results.
Sarah’s philosophy is that the ingredients to make a great lawyer is a well-rounded knowledge and appreciation for the law, and an open mind when finding workable solutions for clients.
