Ryan Walsh joined the firm in 2024 as a Law Clerk. During his time with the firm, Mr. Walsh has assisted with a variety of corporate, litigation, tax, and estate planning matters. Ryan has contributed to the development of legal strategies, the preparation of filings and memoranda, and has supported both individual and corporate clients in achieving effective resolutions. For corporate clients, Mr. Walsh has assisted with compliance and disclosure matters, business tax planning, and has supported ongoing litigation through research and the preparation of key legal documents.

In 2025, Mr. Walsh graduated from Dublin City University, Ireland, with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Law (BCL). During his time at university, Ryan was an active member of the Law Society, the Politics Society, and the DCU Dóchas Éireann GAA Club.

Mr. Walsh first joined Brinen & Associates LLC as a summer associate in 2024 and, following graduation, relocated from Ireland to New York to continue his career with the firm full-time. Prior to this, Ryan interned with Philip Lee LLP in Dublin from 2023 to 2024, where he gained experience as part of the Real Estate team.

Born in the United States and raised in both Ireland and New York, Mr. Walsh holds dual citizenship, providing him with a unique international perspective that complements his cross-jurisdictional legal experience.

Mr. Walsh approaches his practice with clarity and precision, assisting clients in resolving complex legal and business issues. He is particularly interested in the intersection of law and society and aims to continue developing his expertise to deliver practical, strategic solutions for clients across corporate, tax, and litigation matters.
