Aman Hundal is an Associate at Brinen & Associates, where her practice focuses on Private Client and Wealth Management and Commercial Real Estate for professionals, founders, and investors. She advises clients on estate planning, trusts, succession planning, commercial real estate ownership and transactions, real estate–backed financing, and cross-border asset structuring. Her work is informed by more than a decade of experience within operating companies, providing a commercially grounded perspective on how private wealth and real estate assets are built, financed, held, and preserved across jurisdictions and generations.
Before entering legal practice, Ms. Hundal served on the executive leadership team of a regional CPA and advisory firm with clients nationwide. In that role, Aman played a central role in scaling a key division by developing a technology-integrated services pipeline and creating cross-border operational teams in India, working closely with CPAs, tax advisors, and attorneys. This experience continues to inform her collaborative approach to private client and wealth matters.
While completing her legal education in the United Kingdom, Ms. Hundal contributed to the growth of a family enterprise that expanded from a single concession operation to sixty-six locations across the U.K. and was formally invited to Buckingham Palace in recognition as a leading British Asian business. During this period, Aman also helped establish manufacturing facilities in Delhi, India, gaining early exposure to family enterprise growth, asset concentration, and international operations.
Ms. Hundal earned her LL.M. in Corporate, Banking, and Finance Law from Fordham University School of Law, graduating with honors. During her LL.M., Ms. Hundal was elected Global Representative for her cohort, advocating for classmates from more than fifty countries, and served as an Articles Editor for the Fordham Journal of Corporate & Financial Law. Aman completed her LL.B. with honors at De Montfort University Leicester Law School in the United Kingdom, where she continued working in business alongside her studies.
Ms. Hundal brings a global, cross-cultural perspective to her practice, shaped by travel to more than fifty countries across Europe, South Asia, and the Middle East, and by her ability to work comfortably in Punjabi, Hindi, and Urdu, with working familiarity in Marathi, Gujarati, and Pashto, and ongoing study of Arabic. Aman regularly engages with clients across diaspora business communities with multigenerational and cross-border interests.
Ms. Hundal commitment to service includes pro bono civil rights work and her prior role as an educator supporting the only Afghan girls’ school in the world, reflecting a longstanding dedication to access, equity, and community engagement.
Ms. Hundal is Vice President of BNI Manhattan Chapter 22 and is active in professional and business organizations across New York, New Jersey, and California. She is a member of the Sikh Bar Association, South Asian Bar Association, Asian American Bar Association, and New York State Bar Association, and previously served as a Trustee of the Garden State Sikh Association.
