Cameron Lebson joined Brinen & Associates, LLC in May 2024 as a Summer Law Clerk and returned full-time in August 2025. During his time with the firm, Mr. Lebson has assisted with matters involving corporate compliance, disclosure, and taxation. Cameron supports both the corporate and tax teams by conducting legal research, preparing filings, and assisting in the development of business and tax planning strategies. In this role, Mr. Lebson has contributed to a variety of projects, including entity formations, governance updates, and regulatory submissions for both individual and corporate clients.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Lebson served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Judge Lewis Lubell at the Westchester County Courthouse in New York, where he gained valuable insight into the judicial process and the handling of medical malpractice and personal injury cases.
Mr. Lebson earned his Juris Doctor from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University in 2025. Camereon holds a bachelor’s degree in public policy from the University of Maryland, College Park, where he was an active member of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.
Mr. Lebson is motivated to help clients navigate complex business and tax matters with precision and clarity. Cameron is particularly interested in the intersection of corporate law and taxation and aims to continue developing his expertise in these areas to deliver practical, strategic solutions for both individual and corporate clients.
