Challenge

A client, a citizen of United Kingdom who’s business was based exclusively in the United Kingdom. The client desired to enter the United States market in order to grow and expand his business. He had no idea of how US tax situation worked how he could form a US subsidiary.

Solution

We consulted the client. We asked him questions about the nature of his business, his expected future operations in the United States and the number of employees or independent contractors he intended to hire in United States.

Result

We successfully created a US subsidiary for the client in the United States. We obtained an employment identification number and assisted the client set up a US bank account through our connections. We also advised him on a location for his US office to maximize generating business. The client is now in the process of hiring employees to work in the US subsidiary.
