Nancy Lee Vega is the firm’s Client Coordinator at Brinen & Associates.  Ms. Vega bringing nearly two decades of experience in operations management and organizational excellence. She has built systems and structures that keep organizations running efficiently, earning a reputation for discipline, foresight, and strategic problem-solving.

In her previous roles, Nancylee strengthened processes, integrated teams, and implemented improvements to ensure smooth operations and exceptional client service. Ms. Vega oversaw facilities management, vendor partnerships, financial operations, and regulatory compliance, consistently addressing challenges proactively. Early in her career, she worked in affordable housing compliance, managing leasing processes and coordinating with city agencies.

Nancylee holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, is bilingual in English and Spanish, and combines operational expertise with a collaborative, strategic perspective that helps organizations thrive.
