As Director of Operations, Jenny Munoz leads all three of the firm’s offices, administrative efforts and maintains the systems that keep the firm moving. Ms. Munoz has spent more than a decade helping build the foundation of Brinen & Associates. She began her time at the firm in 2009, joining in an administrative role and quickly proving herself. Over the years, Jenny has shaped the firm’s internal operations with discipline, integrity, and an uncommon ability to solve problems before those problems reach anyone else’s desk.

Jenny manages a wide scope of internal operations, including payroll, benefits administration, vendor coordination, human resources, and bookkeeping. Ms. Munoz is the point of connection between people, departments, and day-to-day logistics. Jenny’s work is foundational, and her presence is steady. When something needs to be handled well and handled quickly, the issue goes to Jenny. 

In addition to operations, Ms. Munoz has supported the firm’s corporate practice with research, accounting insights, and practical solutions that help attorneys move efficiently through complex matters. Jenny’s knowledge is self-taught, her standards are high, and her commitment to the firm is unmistakable.

Jenny earned her degree from Katharine Gibbs School in 2008. She is fluent in both English and Spanish, and spent three years living in Ecuador before returning to New York, where she lives with her mother.

Jenny’s time abroad and her roots in New York give her a grounded, global perspective that carries into her work. Ms. Munoz moves between responsibilities with quiet confidence and never loses sight of the people behind the process.

Within the firm, Jenny is known for her consistency, her integrity, and her ability to see what others overlook. Ms. Munoz does not seek recognition, but she has earned deep trust.
