Mark White is an experienced corporate and litigation trial lawyer. He served as In-House Counsel to Coca Cola at their Irish Headquarters between 2005 and 2006.

In 2006, went into private practice, as a barrister, representing clients in commercial litigation. He represented clients in banking, contractual disputes, professional and negligence actions. In his civil practice, Mark represented parties taking claims against actors of the state but, also defended the state in a multitude of cases. In his criminal practice, Mark defended private clients in jury and bench trials.

In 2014, following almost ten years in practice Mark was appointed by the Irish Government to act as an Immigration Judge adjudicator and arbitrator of claims for citizenship, refugee status and subsidiary protection pursuant to Irish and European Union Law. He regularly made findings applying key principles of European Union law. Mark remained as an Immigration Judge while in private practice until early 2016.

In 2016, Mark emigrated from Ireland to live with his wife in New York City. He worked for a midtown corporate law firm with offices in New York, London, Edinburgh and San Francisco.

In July 2017, Mr. White joined Brinen & Associates LLC. He provides legal support for the litigation group as well as the firm’s corporate international clients with business interests in the United Kingdom and in the European Union.

Mark is admitted to practice in Ireland, England and Wales as well as New York State. He is a former member of the Bar Council of Ireland, a member of the Bar Council of England and Wales and a member of the Lincoln Inns of Court. Admitted to practice before United States District Court Southern District New York, Northern District of Texas and District of Colorado.
