On Newsstands Today

April 28, 2015 by Joshua Brinen

newsstand“It takes twenty years to make an overnight success.” – Eddie Cantor

I’m pleased to announce that Brinen & Associates is featured in the issue of Forbes magazine that is now on the newsstands in the New York market. The firm is profiled highlighting our corporate and securities practice and our accomplishments in serving the needs of small cap/micro companies and entrepreneurs.

You can read the profile online here.

I could be funny, and apply some of that self-deprecating humor that I think you have all come to know and enjoy.

However, I am quite pleased and want to thank the people who brought us here.

I would single out my colleagues, Ms. Gruenhagen and Ms. Thrush.

Ms. Martha Thrush has been my constant companion throughout this whole journey – from law school through our being associates, and now working together hand in glove in commercial litigation.

Ms. Stephanie Gruenhagen came to me as a summer clerk and through diligence, hard work, and raw talent and intelligence now heads the corporate department.

I would also like to thank Good2bsocial and Guy Alvarez and Joe Lamport as my sherpas into this new landscape of social media. They helped with the content of the site and with the article. I would also like to thank Ms. Luciana Mallozzi. Ms. Mallozzi is a classically trained artist and my graphic designer. She’s responsible for much of the graphic content of the site and our logo and branding.
